Cold, yet cozy

People laughed at us when we decided to go to Jette's summer cottage in the middle of the cold, cold winter. But we had the best time.

People are like songs, it’s true. Some seem dull at first but then they grow on you.

These days it is extremely cold and frosty, and since our flat little country does not facilitate skiing, I see no point in spending time outside. Last night I stayed inside in the company of sushi, a sailor and a good movie. Definitely recommendable.

Chaos

Yesterday was Friday the 13th, which usually does not freak me out, but apparently my sweet little green car did not like it. It broke down in the middle of an already chaotic junction. And this time I had no sailor there to help me. F***.

Hello 2012

Sometimes New Year's Eve seems a bit trivial to me, but sometimes I find it fun and cozy. Yesterday Eva, Christine and I had a cozy evening with good food, wine, music and laughs. Before we knew it, 2012 was only a few minutes away and it was time to celebrate with pink champagne and enjoy the fireworks.
